Fireside Catering is a full-service catering business. We specialize in working with intimate groups, but can do anything from drop-off platters to wedding services. Fireside Catering is based out of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and is locally-owned and operated by Gregory Smith, a full-time Steamboat resident for the last ten years. We pride ourselves on our flexibility in working with different sizes of groups, even those as small as two people. Fireside Catering can provide drop-off dinners, heat-and-serve meals, or sit-down or buffet service, with or without staff. We believe attention to detail matters in all things. That is why Fireside Catering pays extra attention to dietary preferences, allergy needs, or even whether or not a client prefers organic products. We have the ability to provide free-range beef, buffalo and other game meats, or organic produce upon request. Our experienced staff allows our clients to enjoy their special events to the fullest. Fireside Catering's cuisine is primarily American, but we are always happy to customize the menu to your taste.
